Investigators say the man was trying to leave a home near Blythewood after the argument when Krysta James attacked him around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Deputies say the man was stabbed in the upper body, but his injuries weren’t life-threatening. James is charged with criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature. Following the incidence, about 100 youths protested the killing and eventually dumped the bodies of two of the victims in front of the police station along Eket Oron Road. A 34-year-old woman, Mrs. Alexandra Ossai, has accused her Lebanese boss, Kaveh Noine, of causing her to lose her seven-month- pregnancy after he kicked her in the stomach. A man in Lagos has been arrested and taken before a court for assaulting his friend in a beer parlour. Chidi Osuagwu, 31, is alleged to have bitten off the lip of one Sunday Adebayo, his friend, after the latter teased him for refusing to buy a bottle of beer. Osuagwu was yesterday arraigned before a Magistrate Court sitting in the Itire area of the state. A magistrate’s court at Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State has ordered seven accused persons arraigned before it for conspiracy and defilement to be remanded in Agodi prison custody till January 27.
